Filter by category — Ceramics, Textiles, Woodwork, and more — or use the search bar to find specific materials or makers.

Click any piece to view its full detail page, including provenance, materials, and the maker's profile.

From a product page, select "Add to Cart" — your cart updates in the slide-out panel.

Review your collection by clicking the cart icon, then proceed to checkout.

You'll be redirected to our secure payment page where you enter shipping and payment details.

After payment, you'll see a confirmation page and receive tracking information once the maker dispatches your piece.

You have 14 days from delivery to return any non-bespoke piece.

Visit the Contact page and select "Returns & Refunds" as the subject, including your order number.

We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching the maker's studio.
