Delivery & Dispatch

Each maker selects their preferred carrier based on the piece's size, fragility, and destination. Common carriers include:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 — standard domestic service for smaller pieces.
• DHL Express — international deliveries with full tracking and signature.
• FedEx — oversized or high-value items requiring specialist handling.
• DPD — domestic parcels with one-hour delivery windows.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. The maker sets their shipping rates, which are clearly displayed before you pay.

Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves the maker's studio until it reaches your door. There is no additional cost — insurance is included in every shipment.

Tracking numbers are sent to your email once the piece has been dispatched. You can track your order in real time on our Order Tracking page.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Makers are responsible for dispatching sold pieces within 3 working days of order confirmation. Key responsibilities:

• Package pieces securely using appropriate protective materials for the medium.
• Use a tracked and insured shipping service.
• Update the order status to "Shipped" from the Order Management page once dispatched.
• Provide tracking information if the customer requests it.
• Accept returns within the 14-day window and process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the item back.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Check with your local customs office for applicable rates.
